Beach
As the hours of the day change so do the colours and textures of our coastal landscape and the ways we interact with it.
Vision
This Solo Show is about how the colours and textures of our coastal environments transform throughout the day.
6:08am will look nothing like 9:25am or 4:41pm.
Each artwork is titled by the time of day. This show combines slices of time to create a day at the beach.
In this collection I have explored different perspectives and stripped back patterns and shapes I see in nature.
Aerial views of water have become thick brush marks of teals and aqua, and ripples and reflections are expressed in intricate patterns.
