Returns and exchanges

In order to limit the need for this, if you have any doubts please reach out to me before purchasing - I am more than happy to provide additional images, do a video call or even mock-up the artwork in your space for you. However, if required artworks may be returned or exchanged, however the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the artwork to the artist, including the cost of shipping insurance in case the artwork is damaged in transit. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the painting should you wish to return or exchange it and we will go from there!
 

Shipping Policy

Australia

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for paintings whereby the longest side is under 42" long. For extra large artworks, shipping may incur additional fees. Due to the nature of carefully packing original artworks and prints, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

You will receive confirmation and tracking details for your delivery once it has been dispatched.

International

Please email lauren.esplin@hotmail.com with details of the painting you wish to purchase and the shipping location. I will get back to you with a customised shipping quote. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the unlikely event the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Here’s what to do:

Take photos of:

The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.
