Returns and exchanges

Most of my artworks can be viewed in person, and are sold via the Art Gallery or Retailer the piece is with, and as such I do not personally offer returns and exchanges on original artworks.

 

While I feature my original artworks in my SHOP, most of the paintings must be purchased through the Gallery or Retailer they are with, you can find this information noted on the top of each product page (if you are unsure, please contact me and I will direct you to where you can purchase the piece).

 

The gallery or retailer you purchase from may have their own policies separate to my website. Please check with the Gallery or Retailer if you are uncertain.

Shipping Policy

Australia

I ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase online for you to view, as the costs depends on your location. Please contact me if you have any questions. 

You will receive confirmation and tracking details for your delivery once it has been dispatched.

International

Please email lauren.esplin@hotmail.com with details of the painting you wish to purchase and the shipping location. I will get back to you with a customised shipping quote. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the sender (either myself or the Gallery or Retailer) immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Here’s what to do:

Take lots of photos of:

The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame.

Send the photos ASAP. These are for insurance purposes.
