What is this collection about?

This series of original artworks is a celebration of the different ways we connect with our coastline. Each piece taps into a different energy of an experience.

Why petite?

These petite paintings are  perfect for your gallery wall or styling a bookcase, bedside or console. They also make an absolutely incredible gift for someone special and are a great first step for those who admire my art.

How are interior designers using your petite artworks?

Check this out!

Below is an petite from my last collection styled by the renowned interior designer and founding editor-in-chief of Real Living magazine, Deb Bibby. I am obsessed with this!

What have you done differently with these?

These paintings are true to Lauren Esplin's contemporary style with emotive markings to depict the coastal landscape juxtaposed with the finer detail of the figures.

However, they feature stained wood frames whereby the grain of the wood can be seen to mimic the rippled texture of the ocean.

Also, a unique detail to these works is that I have extended the painting onto the frame, which adds a new dimension to these pieces.

Where can I see the petites?

All of the petite artworks can be viewed in store at Artifex Interiors in Balgowlah, Sydney while available.

Where can I buy them?

There are only eight available - so run, don't walk, to Artifex Interiors in Balgowlah, Sydney - or shop online.

How should I style them?

Styling the artworks in clusters of other items such as an organic bowl, books, vases. Consider grouping items of differing heights and textures. Perhaps pick up a colour in the artwork to use as your inspiration? View the photos in this post for more inspiration.
