Through the Waves (framed)

The moment your body meets the wave and its energy fractures in sea spray. The artist uses free and emotive markings to capture the invigorating feeling of awakening as you crash through and are absorbed into the ocean. This artwork is a gateway to your own experience of this feeling and a pathway back. The abstracted coastal scene is juxtaposed by the finer detail of the figure, a signature of Esplin's style.
